At the time of booking, our agent will suggest an appropriate packing kit. Our kits are affordable and high quality.  We have a box delivery service or they can be picked up at our office.

Yes, our trucks and equipment are regularly sanitized.

We do not have official deadlines for that. We will try to accommodate all service requests, including same day, when possible.

However, in order to be comfortable and make sure you get the best rates and your 1^st choice of date and time, our recommendation is to reserve 2-4 weeks before for regular season and 1 month or more for the high season. 

Yes, up to $60000 for your goods and $2000000 damage to the building and general commercial liability. Our damage claim rate is under 2% 

Declutter as much as possible before the move. If you are packing yourself, make sure to use adequate padding. Please leave boxes in their respective rooms and do not put them in the hallway. Have your boxes clearly labeled. Make plans for pets and plants as well as for paints, propane tanks and other flammables.
